The business and affairs of the Association are managed and controlled by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consists of the Executive Committee and nine additional directors, broken down into five Distributor members and four Associate members. Two Distributor members and one Associate member are elected each year to serve a term of three years.
The Executive Committee of the Association consists of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Past Chairman. Also serving on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, without voting rights, are the President/CEO and Legal Counsel.
NPTA also has two active standing committees representing two of the membership segments within the association, including the Paper Segment Committee and the Packaging Segment Committee. The NPTA committees meet at least twice a year to discuss ideas and plan special projects specifically geared toward their segment to help better NPTA and its membership.

If you are an NPTA member and wish to join one or more of these committees or would like to express interest in participation on the Board of Directors, please contact the NPTA office for more information.
