	Schwarz Paper Co. bought the assets of Iroquios Paper, Chicago.
MAY	Sordoni Enterprises acquired Wilcox Walter Furlong Paper Company.
JUNE	DJ Mead merged with Hubbs & Howe Inc. and a new company, DJ Mead, Hubbs & Howe, Inc. was formed in Buffalo.
JULY	Coral Paper, division of Perez Trading Co., Miami, acquired WWF Paper Corp. of Fla-Medley branch.
AUGUST	Hammermill Paper agreed to acquire Ochs Paper Co., Indianapolis.  Ochs became part of CDA Distributors, a Hammermill Division.
OCTOBER	Hammermill Paper said it would acquire Tonkin Paper, Fitchburg, MA, distributor of industrial and sanitary paper which became part of CDA.
NOVEMBER	Hobart/McIntosh, Chicago, was acquired by Amer Group Ltd., Finland.
	International Paper and Hammermill agreed to buy Arvey Corp., Chicago, a maker, converter and distributor of paper products.
