William Bregman started his career as a corporate attorney with Cohen, Shapiro, Berger, Polisher, and Cohen. He came to the realization that the practice of law was not for him and then worked in printing paper sales and marketing for Sidco Paper in New York City. He purchased a spin-off industrial division from Sidco and started Deltapaper in 1972. He currently co-teaches four business courses at Villanova University. |

Scott worked as Marketing Director for a national food chain and after developing many successful promotional programs to increase sales he moved on to AB Hirschfeld Press, the largest printing company west of the Mississippi. George Ryan took his post in July of 1994. Prior to joining the staff at PIA/GATF, he served as Director of the Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Printing Management and Sciences. A Certified Public Accountant since 1978, he graduated from RIT in 1974 with a BS degree in accounting. He returned to RIT in 1984 as Controller of RIT’s Research Corporation. In 1986 he was appointed Director of Operations for the College of Graphic Arts and Photography. Prior to joining RIT, he was a supervisor and adjunct instructor for six years at Coopers & Lybrand. |

Bob Muma has over 30 years experience in the envelope industry and is currently senior vice president of sales and marketing for National Envelope Corporation. He was previously employed by Cenveo as their vice president of strategic marketing. Prior to Cenveo he was with Atlantic Envelope Company for 15 years and prior to that with Shepard Envelope Company and also Williamhouse-Regency, Inc. Bob recently served as the chairman of the EMA board of directors and also is the immediate past chairman of the EMA Foundation for Paper-Based Communications. He currently serves as the chairman of the Foundation’s Institute for Postal Studies. He is the industry’s representative to the Direct Mail Advisory Board of the Universal Postal Union. Bob has also been an industry representative to MTAC, chairman of the EMA Postal Affairs Committee and was EMA’s 1997 Member of the Year. He was also president and chairman of the Philadelphia Direct Mail Marketing Association and was their 1999 “Direct Marketer of the Year.” |

Catherine E. Foley serves as Vice President of the Paper Group including recycling activities for the American Forest & Paper Association. She joined the association as a Manager for Bleached Paperboard in 1993 assuming increasing responsibilities and was promoted to her current position in 2001. Cathy leads the association’s efforts for the paper product and recycling groups. The activities include programs such as market access at the state, federal and international level, promotion of products, recycling initiatives and forum activities. Prior to joining AF&PA Cathy worked for Tetra Pak. Her experience also includes various positions within S.D. Warren. Cathy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Wheaton College, Norton, MA as well as a graduate Ph.D. degree from Harvard. |
