The academic curriculum requires attendance at both weeks of the Program. The tuition fee includes all instruction, instructional materials, pre-work, intercession assignments, Certificate of Completion, coffee breaks, receptions, Graduation Dinner, and meeting facilities charges. The costs for room and board are paid directly to Marcum Conference Center at a rate of approximately $170 per day. (The accomodations are single rooms with private baths. A few rooms have two beds and are available for sharing.) In order to hold a place in the NPTA Alliance Management Development Program, or to register an individual for the program, the NPTA Alliance requires payment in full, in advance. All registration fees must be paid prior to the start of the first session. Due to the nature of the NPTA Alliance Management Development Program and the great demand for a limited number of seats, this policy will be strictly enforced. After payment is received, the requested seat(s) in the Program is assured and assigned to the company paying the tuition. If, for any reason, the individual does not or cannot attend, the tuition payment will be transferred to the next available program and a $500 "transfer fee" will be due. When the payment is received, the transfer of the individual's registration to the next program will be complete. The company paying the tuition on behalf of any individual(s) may substitute another person(s) at its discretion, as long as the transfer fee has been paid. If, however, for any reason, the company cannot or does not use its paid seat(s) in the next program, or if the transfer fee has not been paid, the tuition will be forfeited. All requests for substitutions or changes must be submitted to NPTA Alliance in writing prior to the start of the session.
