Deadline Extended to March 31 for Compensation Survey

Based on feedback we heard from you, the deadline to complete the 2014 Employee Compensation Study, conducted by Profit Planning Group, is extended to March 31!

This study will help you evaluate your firm's employee compensation package against approximately 1,000 firms in more than 30 distribution lines of trade. To ensure a comprehensive report, we need your participation!

Download and complete the 2014 Employee Compensation Questionnaire and return to Profit Planning Group by Monday, March 31.

The value of this survey to your organization is threefold:

  1. The results help you determine where your compensation plan stands, not only within the industry, but also compared to other companies in distribution.
  2. The data helps NPTA protect your interests by responding to legislative proposals regarding government-mandated health and leave benefits for employees.
  3. The information helps companies that must prove their compensation is "reasonable" within the constraints of the Internal Revenue Code.

To guarantee complete confidentiality of your company's data, all responses will be sent directly to and compiled by Profit Planning Group, an independent organization that specializes in survey research. Your responses will remain strictly confidential - only the aggregate results of the survey will be released.

NPTA members who participate in the survey will be charged a $250 processing fee, which will be invoiced following the release of the survey. NPTA members who do not participate in the survey may access the results for $500.
