The Paper Distribution Conference was founded in 1959 with the purpose of uniting senior executives and thought leaders from the most prominent paper merchants and paper manufacturers to address issues and opportunities. Its primary goals are:
- To be a forum for education and leading-edge information
- To be a forum for the discussion of issues and potential solutions affecting the paper distribution channel
- To facilitate business relationships and friendships amongst peers and trading partners
