Suites & Meeting Rooms
Suites and meeting rooms for customer/supplier meetings are available exclusively to AF&PA and NPTA member companies.
All suites include:
- A stunning Gulf view
- A kitchenette
- Central meeting area with A/V and separate seating space
- Balcony overlooking the Gulf

Reserving a Suite or Meeting Room
Please complete these steps to reserve your suite or meeting room:
- Download the Suite/Meeting Room Prospectus.
- Review your options and identify your top 2 choices.
- Contact Nicole Boland, Sales Manager at nboland@gonpta.com or 312–673–5828.
- Nicole will send you a link, which is active for 10 calendar days, to complete your booking and pay your suite/meeting room registration fee ($4,165).
Note: Your preferred suite accommodation or meeting room cannot be held or confirmed until payment is received.
- Nicole will confirm your purchase and connect you with the Suite/Meeting Room Fulfillment Manager.
All suite/meeting room selections are honored based on a first-come, first-serve process and based on available inventory at the time of booking.
During the confirmation/fulfillment step, suite/meeting room hosts are given the option to book one additional regular guestroom in addition to their suite/meeting room. This additional regular guestroom must be booked by July 18. Rooms will not be held for suite/meeting room hosts beyond that date.
